Sure, I've got tons of friends...
but never were they quite like you.
No one before made me laugh 'till I cried.
No one before did I think I so clearly knew.

We had so many inside jokes..
we spend so much time with each other
up till 3 a.m. -- talking 8 hours straight.
Hard to admit, but you were more than just a brother.

A llama for my birthday...
A saddle stating my motto.
Things you would do to make me fall apart.
Things that would literally pierce my heart.

It was almost bliss, you know?
I really thought it would never end.
But then it came crashing down.
You tore a hole in me that I don't know if I can mend.

I thought you told me everything--
Well, I guess I was dead wrong.
The most important piece of information
You forgot to pass along.

Then- BOOM. You were gone.
This couldn't be true.
My nightmare was happening.
I was living without you.

Days. Weeks. Months.
Five, to be precise.
I thought I wouldn’t ever talk to you again.
You left and you wouldn't even look back twice.

But... we called you.
I was angry, I admit.
I said things I probably shouldn't have...
things like that hurt to lament.

But it got you back...
for a little while, at least.
It was Awkward. It made me cry.
But at least the loneliness ceased.

And now, you've done it again.
Didn't you learn I can't live without you?
Or do you just not care?
If you did, you wouldn't do the things you do.

Slowly, you’re tearing me apart.
And I'm beginning not to feel it.
