The first digital project of my sophomore spring semester was to create a picture completely out of type.
Apparently I hate myself, so this is what I came up with.
There has been some AMAZING stuff that people have come up with by just using text... so. This is my tiny little contribution.

The entire book of Philippians on my face.

i really like what you did here! the only thing i would change is the face: you have a lot of contrast in the rest of the image, i somehow feel the need for a balanced, a bit more "quiet" face - maybe by adjusting the white parts, like the lines around your right eye for instance, so it doesn't look as "distracting" or chopped up as it does now? it falls apart somehow but should be the balanced center of your image i think... or maybe you wanted to highlight the white words? the white ones are already the bigger ones which puts enough emphasis on them i think...? :twocents: please don't take it personal, it's just what i noticed :aww:

apart from that, really astonishing! i bet it took some time :)

I know exactly what you mean... that's sort of where the eye is drawn to, and it is really annoying, I just haven't gone back and fixed it because the way I saved it means that I'll have to redo several steps again and I'm working on a thousand other things and haven't had the time. (<-- excuses)
Thanks for the suggestions, though-- for real. I'll probably go back and fix a few things before I have to reprint it and turn it in, and that really helps!

oh yes i know what you're talking about - going back several steps to fix something isn't exactly my thing :aww: a pity you saved it that way (i always try to work as "nondestructive" as possible but sometimes it can't be helped...)

That's quite a project. And definitely not something I would have the patience for, so you get my admiration, just for completing it! I'm doubly impressed that you used the entire book of Philippians. That's a LOT OF TEXT!!!
